Final day time-trial keeps Ella in 16th

Ella Wyllie finished the 2023 Tour de France Femmes as our best-placed rider in 16th overall.

The young rider from New Zealand secured a strong overall finish and maintained her 2nd place in the youth classification as well. She pushed her rival for the white jersey, Cédrine Kerbaol, to the very end and despite taking time back on her yesterday wasn’t quite able to overturn the deficit from earlier in the week. Her family has been in France during this week and helped support her and the team.

Natalie Grinczer lost a place today in the overall standings but still finished just inside the top-30. It’s an impressive start to her Lifeplus-Wahoo career as the Brit was only confirmed in the lead-up to this year’s Tour de France Femmes.

Our other finishers this year are: Margaux Vigie (110th), April Tacey (116th) and Typhaine Laurance (120th)
