Kneisky and Jasinska confirmed as Sports Directors new-look 2023 team

The team is delighted to confirm that Morgan Kneisky and Gosia Jasinska will direct our new-look team for the 2023 season.

Morgan Kneisky will be a name that UK cycling fans will recognise as he spent three of his many years as a professional cyclist, racing in the UK with Team Raleigh.

Kneisky, 35, from Besancon commented on his arrival to the team.

"I am really happy to join the team as a sports director. I had a great career as a cyclist with many satisfying and emotional moments. After one year in coach training, I now have the opportunity to start a new page in my life in one of the best UCI Continental Teams of the women's cycling scene. I'm looking forward to discovering this new world, learning and sharing my experience but above all to live many great moments of cycling with this talented team."

Gosia Jasinska retired from road racing last year, having spent over 10 years racing at the highest level for teams such as Ale-Cipollini and Movistar. In the past year, she has been managing the road programme for the Polish National Federation, which she will continue to do alongside her commitments for the team.

Gosia commented, "It is an honour for me to be part of such a great team. I am very motivated and optimistic about the 2023 season. I have already noticed that the most unique thing about leading this team, is creating it based on good relationships and a family atmosphere."

The pair have already begun their duties in leading the new-look team which will be presented in January, alongside a new lead co-title sponsor, which ensures the team will be present at the same level in 2023.

The team's general manager, Tom Varney, commented on the pair joining the team "I'm delighted to welcome both Morgan and Gosia to the team, with them they bring vast experience from many years involved in the profession, which we can all learn from. It's been a difficult period for the team, which has had its effect, but we are focused on the positives that are ahead as we look forward to turning a new page for the 2023 season. We are excited to share the news of our new partners and of course the riders that will wear our jersey in 2023."

The team would like to place on record its thanks and appreciation for both Nicolas Marche and Julia Soek, who have given their all for the team over the past seasons.
