Cooking Corner: Recovery Smoothie
Nutritious, delicious and protein packed to help you recover after a big day on the bike.
Ingredients:
a large handful of frozen mixed berries
150ml milk
1 scoop ONE PRO Nutrition whey protein (we used strawberry flavour!)
2 tbs Skyr yoghurt (or another thick style yoghurt)
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender
If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk to the consistency you like
