Another Gold to celebrate in Portugal!

Kate Richardson and Maddie Leech form part of the Gold medal-winning Team Pursuit team at the U23 European Track Championships.

Our young British pair of Kate and Maddie, were two of five rider winning team that roared to victory in the Team Pursuit.

The team qualified for the Gold medal playoff, with the fastest time.

In the final, they went even quicker, recording a time of 4:22.087 to win the gold medal.

Kate’s participation in the Championships ends with this and two Gold medals, at the weekend Maddie Leech will ride in the Madison event.
